Software Engineer: LAMP IMP
Analyzed the Video Support Software (VSS) system requirements and developed
a detailed design for the project. Developed code and unit test cases for
the VSS aspect of the project verifying that the cases conform the the
Object Oriented Programming standards and techniques defined by the Integrated
Mission Processor (IMP) Software Development Plan. Conducted all of the
required peer inspections for the development life cycle. Customized the
Verdix Ada Development System kernel for the three separate hardware configurations.
Created, revised and refined all documentation used throughout the VSS
project. Participated in other IMP reviews of high level design, low level
design and code, suggesting refinements to improve present design and techniques.
Provided technical consultation to other IMP software components to resolve
problems of design, reliability or maintainability of the system.
Software Engineer: STAR
Provided lab support activities for a classified Emitter Signal Management
System. Duties include debugging code to ensure compliance with various
software design documents, developing tools to automate routine lab processes,
providing general general analysis of system problems, testing and integration
of operation software, creation and inspection of patches to existing code,
and designing and implementing software changes to the Operational Flight
Program.

Software Engineer: A-10 LASTE/GPS
Designed, coded and tested embedded programs for flight critical real
time systems. Duties included: debugged software problems detected during
Hardware/Software Integration; design and analysis of customer requirements
for both system and software components; training and supervising new engineers;
creating technical documentation for the A10 LASTE 4.x/GPS Computer Software
Component (CSC) Integration test methodology and procedures; support of
Developmental Flight Tests and overall Government customer support. Also
was given lead position of Software/Hardware CSC Integration Tests for
both the A10 LASTE project version 4.x and the A10 LASTE GPS Developmental
Flight Program spin-off. The position required creating schedules and designing
outlines for the Integration Test Plan, generating integration test procedures,
and monitoring and maintaining engineering teams progress.
